Fruit Salad Breakfast Wrap

- 4 Maria and Ricardo’s® Artesano Wraps™
- 1 red apple, cored and sliced
- 1 nectarine, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 container nonfat lemon yogurt, (8 ounces)
- 4 sprigs fresh mint
- In a large bowl, combine fruit, walnuts and lemon zest.
- Add the yogurt and gently mix to combine.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Divide fruit down the center of each Maria and Ricardo’s® Artesano Wrap.
- Fold and wrap; divide among serving plates and garnish with mint sprigs. Serve.
