Fruit Salad Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients List

  • 4 Maria and Ricardo’s® Artesano Wraps™
  • 1 red apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 nectarine, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 container nonfat lemon yogurt, (8 ounces)
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine fruit, walnuts and lemon zest.
  2. Add the yogurt and gently mix to combine.
  3. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  4. Divide fruit down the center of each Maria and Ricardo’s® Artesano Wrap.
  5. Fold and wrap; divide among serving plates and garnish with mint sprigs. Serve.
